  1. To resave a file in PICT format:
  2.  
  3. 1. Open the file using the program
  4.     that created it.
  5.  
  6. 2. Choose Save As from the File 
  7.     menu.
  8.  
  9. 3. If the Save dialog box contains an 
  10.     option for saving as a PICT file, 
  11.     choose this option and click Save.
  12.  
  13. 4. Open Picture Compressor and use 
  14.     the Open command to open the 
  15.     new file.
